Hi all,

I am using Odoo 16 and I would like to change the text in the Pay Now button that appears on the Confirm Order Page during the checkout process. I have seen some solutions about using translations (This does not work for me) and changing QWeb views (I cannot find this). I need help to be able to solve this

Thank you so much for this. For some unknown reason to me, my changes
are not reflected on the website despite manually saving them.
However, the changes still exist on the QWeb. I am not sure on how to
proceed

Hi 

We change it via Qweb Views, Enable the Debug Mode

https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/what-is-odoo-developer-mode

Go to settings > Technical > Views > Search for View name Payment  group by Qweb views 

and inside the code change the Name of the button Pay Now

Or you could directly edit on the webpage, this button is "process checkout" not 'Pay Now"


Do confirm if you are referring to the 'Pay Now" button on quotation/ sales orders
