v10 and v11 of Odoo introduced Linked activities to all records.

Activites can be scheduled in the log, and while the activity has not been completed (marked as done), it can be both accessed (opening the activity record in meeting), and get a helpful detailed information view.

Once the activity is marked as "done", it is no longer possible to access the activity from the record, or gain additional information.

Is there a way to get a list of all the activities linked to a record easily?

This is very usefull for inputting detailed information on call logs for recruitment retrospectively.

With Odoo 17 and above we now have a checkbox "Keep Done" on each Activity Type to allow Users to decide which completed Activities they would like to see reports. While this does not change how completed Activities are shown in Chatter, it does give you a way to see scheduled and completed activities for reporting purposes.

Hi James,

When an activity is marked as done, Odoo deletes the activity record and creates a chatter message on the same record stating that is was marked as done, as well as the feedback that was given. Once this happens, it's no longer able to be accessed in the same way.

In order to not delete it and access it later would require a custom module that as far as I know does not exist on the app store, so you will have to contact a developer.
