Security House supports individuals and businesses with the installation and maintenance of alarm and security systems. Beyond the initial sale, its business relies on careful management of customers and maintenance contracts, with prices that need to evolve over time.Underside centralised the commercial journey in the Odoo CRM and Sales apps, from opportunity qualification through to the completed sale. Particular attention was given to maintenance contract management so that the solution would reflect the realities of the business. Underside also developed several custom modules, including a feature that allows contract prices to be indexed manually while keeping the process structured and controlled.
