Surefas

Ze zijn overgestapt van Snelstart naar Odoo omdat hun oude systeem niet voldeed aan de eisen voor voorraadbeheer, assemblage, planning en valuta.Om deze uitdagingen aan te pakken, is SUREFAS overgestapt op Odoo, een modern ERP-systeem dat hun volledige bedrijfsvoering ondersteunt. Odoo biedt geavanceerde functies voor voorraadbeheer, variantbeheer, en assemblage, en integreert een gebruiksvriendelijke webshop voor zowel B2C- als B2B-klanten. Hierdoor kan SUREFAS efficiënter opereren en een betere klantervaring bieden. Een 2e bedrijf, SURETEX, is ook ondergebracht in dezelfde omgeving waardoor het beheer van de stamdata ook eenvoudiger is geworden en men makkelijker kan consolideren.
Sinds de implementatie van Odoo door dooIT (www.dooIT.nl) is de operationele efficiëntie van SUREFAS en SURETEX aanzienlijk verbeterd. Voorraadplanning is nauwkeuriger, levertermijnen worden beter ingeschat, en de traceerbaarheid van producten is verbeterd. De financiële administratie verloopt nu soepel, inclusief het omgaan met meerdere valuta.
