clarify me which Bootstrap versions Odoo 13, Odoo 14 & Odoo 15 Support and why some times Odoo does't support Bootstrap.

I assume you are talking about the Website part of Odoo? They all use 4.3. The latest version will use 5.1 or newer.

3rd Party Apps may include CSS that conflicts with Bootstrap.
