I am attempting to upgrade from Odoo 13 community to enterprise. I have purchased the code, and I am following the documentation. But I am confused where is web_enterprise module?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

Please contact the Odoo Sales Executive or the Odoo Partner who sold you a license to use the Enterprise code.
The web_enterprise module is part of the Enterprise only branch of Odoo if you are "accessing the source code from the repositories".
The web_enterprise module is in odoo/addons if you are "downloading the source code".
Sorry, I am still confused. So I purchased a code directly from Odoo. I have a community version installed, that I want to upgrade to the enterprise version.
- I have backed up my DB
-I have stopped the service
The part im having trouble with is "Install the enterprise .deb (it should install over the community package)" should I download the enterprise version and put it my server?
