Unsure if this is an Odoo issue or FedEx issue. Installed the Fedex shipping app, used it to make a delivery method. Afterwards followed the instructions on setting up a Fedex Developer account to get a test key. Plugged in those keys and account number to the delivery method.
Tried to purchase something on the website app to test the keys and got an error in return: "Validation failed for object='rateInputVO'. Error count: 1 (INVALID.INPUT.EXCEPTION)"
I've tried checking the product being purchased, weights and dims, address validity in the delivery method. Any suggestions to fix this error?

I have done these steps mostly, but I am still getting the error.
The part that I am stuck on though is the Fedex Connector option is greyed out for me, no checkbox. Going to Home -> Apps, the only fedex app I find is Fedex Shipping, not Fedex Connector
