Hello Gurus

For reference V16 Enterprise self hosted.

We provide monthly services, the Subscription module is "working" as it generates the invoices for each client on the 1st of the month as indicated, the client pays online, i receive the payment, but it does not auto send the payment receipt.

Im puzzled as what could i be missing here. I would like it to generate and send the payment confirmation emails.

All pointers and suggestions are welcomed.
