Scheduled action to assign unpaid leave in attendance where no check in and check out is marked

I need scheduled action execution code to assign unpaid leave and if no check in and check out is marked , In this way I could be able to detect salary if the employee is absent. I have already the code for unpaid leave, Please help me to make a scheduled action.

Do you have python code (function) to assign unpaid leave on attendance where employee has not marked his attendance and there is no check in or check out time at the end of the day !
