Hi there,

I am having some issues with the delivery orders, when I go to validate I get this error  "You cannot validate a transfer if no quantities are reserved nor done. To force the transfer, switch in edit mode and encode the done quantities."

However I can not edit the done quantities it is greyed out, and I am unable to manually reserve the quantities. The Reservation Method is set to "at confirmation" and this order has been confirmed, but no quantities are reserved. It shows they are available in green but unable to put in pack or validate. 

Also some orders show up with products in detailed operations, however for whatever reason this doesn't and sometimes in the detailed operations it only shows some of the packing slip there not the full thing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to be able to close out my 104 delivery orders that this has happened with.

I am unable to reserve here manually, which makes sense if it is set to auto, but auto is not working
