Hello. I have configured the email entry and sending servers and when testing they are ok. When I send a test email from the CRM, the envelope remains blank but does not reach the recipient nor does it display an error message. Any clue about this problem?

Click the "Activate the developer mode" at the bottom of Settings > General Settings and click Save. Then return to Settings > General and you'll see the "Technical" menu at the end now. In there is "Emails" you probably see your emails sitting in there. By default Odoo sends emails in batches every x hours I believe. You'll be able to see what is going on at least.
Make sure you have the correct outgoing email server details in the "
Outgoing Mail Servers" Section in the technical menu as well.
