The documentation says that in odoo.sh every week the standard odoo code is retrieved. Do I have to manually update all standard odoo installed modules? or are they updated automatically? so if there's an update un language translation files, that is also updated automatically or do I have to load manually the translated files?

Only the source files are updated automatically. The modules update is not performed, among others to prevent the override of user changes in the base views.
If you want to update data stored in the database, such as the views or the translations, you have to update the modules yourself.
The behavior is identical on the regular Online platform (SAAS).
