Hi Odoo Community!

I've been checking out the new Odoo v17 Workcenter, and it seems like it no longer fits our needs for processing work orders effectively.

In the past, we had a custom kiosk view developed that allowed us to simply scan a manufacturing order, which then opened the tablet view of the work order in v16. This was super convenient because it eliminated the need to manually select work orders and reduced the chances of clicking on the wrong one. Plus the old tabletview gave us a quick overview of quality checks, with the first one already selected and low chance of confusing workorders. In summary the old workorder view was quite practical, because the tablet view only showed the active workorder and the corresponding quality checks. The new version puts the selection of the workorders and the quality checks, the workcenters and the logged in employees in one view. Which gives a good overview but increases the complexity for the employee and for this also the chances for wrong selection and errors.

We want to stick with the workflow from Odoo v16, so we're wondering if it's possible to achieve something similar with the v17 workcenter view. Specifically, we'd love to have a fullscreen view dedicated to a single workorder. Just set a filter in the search bar with the order number doesn't convince me. 

If any of you have run into the same issue with the new Workcenter view and have found workarounds or better workflows compared to the old workorder table view, please share your tips and suggestions!
