i need to add 10% as Services fees for POS Din-in Product's wile keep sell the same product with out any service fees for other transaction like take away .

Without customization you can do this by configuring a Product that available in POS and called as "Services fee 10%"
and add that product to Din-in order and set amount as 10% of sum of all other products in order
