Hi. I installed an Odoo server and configured email with IMAP and SMTP. Emails from Odoo are sent without any problems. However, if I reply to an email from Odoo, the reply doesn't appear in the system, even though Odoo reads it at the catchall@ email address. When I check the email account, the messages are marked as read.
What could be the problem? The catchall email is set as the primary.
