Hello community 

odoo was going great but this morning this error hapenned when i tried to print a sale order or an invoice 

and it hapenned two days ago also (yesterday it didn't)

i tried to restart odoo service but it didn't help .. i can't really find the solution here

Yes i did it's already there  , i even updated it

the version of wktmltopdf is 0.12.5 ?

Also try running -u all in your db....

Yes i have wktmltopdf 0.12.5

Where should i run -u all because i tried it on query editor and i got an error

wktmltopdf is working because i can download pdf ( when i click send by email the pdf file appears there and i can download it) but the print button isn't working

From pycharm in parameters --config odoo.conf -d NAME_YOUR_DB -u all

The problem is in my computer i guess because i tried to print a sale order with another computer via wifi ( the same database) and it worked just fine

have you installed  "report" module?
