We are using notes (like sections) not global note in quotation and order.
When we invoice the order, the lines identified as notes disappears.
Is there a way to activate this functionality?

This is not possible through configuration. You will need to do a customization for this. However, Odoo online does not allow making changes to code so this would be possible only in a self-hosted environment or Odoo.sh.
