Yes it does.
Well, it doesn't, but you can find a workaround.
What I did is create a new payment method called "Cash on Delivery" that used the "Pay on Site" payment provider.
I've been using it for a few month, never had an issue.
Where I can find this option? and How i can add this to my web.
