Is there any module for for import/export shipment business ?

Question

hi all,
i wanted to know is there any module present for import export business with
creating shipment.
my requirements are as like
i can create shipments from place to place with customer
i can have list of all ports
i can have rates given by vendor as shipping cost
i can give quotation to customer
i can handle customer & supplier invoice (present in openerp)
