i dont know which odoo version you are use but there is few step to solve the error
Step 1: Activate Developer Mode
Step 2: Find the Broken Template
- Go to Technical > User Interface > Views
- search for
Inherited View: website_sale.cart
You’ll likely see customized or inherited views overriding the default.
Disable or Delete Custom/Inheriting View(s)
- Identify the inherited/custom view overriding website_sale.cart
-
Either:
- Unlink (delete) it
- OR Uncheck "Active" to disable it
- Save your changes
