Recently Odoo has migrated their database to the newest Odoo version, version 11. In this migration some things went wrong though and one of these issues is that some users now can't respond on the forum anymore. 
I've made a bug report about it at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/23289 where Odoo states that they know about it and are working on it. Keep an eye out on the bug report, you should be able to post comments and answers again shortly.
