Thank you for the reply, Fabien.
We have a well established SOAP WS to "talk to". What would be our best option to facilitate communication betw. OpenERP and the App being interfaced by the SOAP WS.

Soap is not supported by OpenERP, the OpenERP server supports XML-RPC (http or https).
