How to search multiple value at once?

Question

In odoo, we can search multiple value by inputting them one by one
for example, if I want to search for "Sarah" and "Michael"
We can type "Sarah", enter, type "Michael", enter

But what if I already have the list in excel? I can make delimiter with any format and I want to search in odoo just by pasting to search bar
