Hello,

I currently have my document header as an A4 .jpg (as I need a header at the top and footer at the bottom), but this means that every document I output is almost 1 MB in size.

Is there a way to use a vector file (e.g. a .pdf) for the document header, or perhaps define a separate header and footer file to be applied to the document?
