I have some parts my company purchases that can be bought in a multi-pack bundle. For example, we use red, blue, and yellow zip ties. We can purchase these in a bundle (300 red, 300 blue, 300 yellow). By ordering in a bundle, the cost/part is lower. But we need to purchase all three types (900 zip ties) at the same time. How can I get Odoo to recognize this as a way to purchase these parts?
I have played around with making a kit - but I've found that I can't purchase a kit - only its components, separately. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
You can create a purchase order for a KIT product, the related receipt operation would be for components. Which should be the scenario as you want to track individual products in your inventory and not the bundle itself.
