Hi,
I want to know if it is possible to add a column that numbers records (1,2,3,4,..etc) only in a tree view. A sequence would not help, because I need to be able to start over the count everyday (maybe it can be done?).

You can do this by using onchnage method or you can also create the sequence for that

tree views can be sorted by the user clicking on a header - how would the incremental field work then? Perhaps you can state the business problem you are trying to solve to provide readers with more context.
