I have created boolean fields in sale.config.settings object, and i need to start the schedular based on the boolean fields value in sale.config.settings object, how to access the field value in openerp

I have to create this function in sale.config.settings object? if yes then how to access this method in different object such as sale_order to check the status of the fields
