How do you (can you) set up Odoo so any incoming and outgoing email from a M365 user is recorded into the corresponding recipient odoo contact ~if~ there is a contact with a corresponding email address?

For example: I am OdooUser@Domain.com and I send an email to Client@ClientCompany.com.

How do we automatically log all incoming and outgoing emails from Client@ClientCompany.com to their contact page? To and from my user email of OdooUser@Domain.com.

I feel like hubspot was very good at this with cookies and BCC'ing itself but I don't understand Odoos catchall/email server requirements to log email traffic. My customers will not reply all and send all of their emails to a catchall email address so it is logged and makes my job easier.
