Hello community, I have a connection problem on odoo community 13. Regarding the incoming mail server, I am using credentials from an Outlook address and I have an error "connection test failed: Login" but when I put the same credentials on the outgoing mail server, the connection is successful.How to solve this problem?

Same problem here, it used to work properly but I reset the microsoft (mail) account and now its not working anymore. Ofc I changed the password in the odoo configuration of the incoming mail server ...
