Hi everyone, I'm currently using Odoo 12 in my company. Everything is working fine but we would like to upgrade to Odoo 14.

Odoo 12 is mounted on Docker and I have installed Odoo 14 on a different server using docker too.

The problem comes when I try to restore the database in the new instance of Odoo. I dont know why but it fails every time I tried to restore it.

It is loading a long time and then it shows me: 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

and nothing happens. It is very important to restore all the information we have in Odoo 12. I don't know if there is any way to update directly to version 14 without losing data.
