We would like to add notes onto our sales orders with instructions for our shipping team; things such as special labels that need to go on the boxes or contact information for deliveries. We also have our delivery set up as two steps (pick + ship), so we would prefer that the notes/sections appear in both the picking and delivery receipts created for the order.
How do we get these notes in the sales order to be visible on the picking and delivery receipts?
We are currently using version 14 enterprise.
