After selecting the data I need to export, mainly when dealing with Work Orders, the only option I have under the "Action" menu is "Delete", the "Export" option is no longer available.

I have the same permission in the database as I did before the upgrade, so I am not sure why this is happening.

Update: All figured out, apparently we were excluded from a group called "Technical settings/Access to Export function". After being added to it, the "Export" option became available.

Thank you for checking. I checked with the team that dealt with the upgrade, but they confirmed we did not add any external apps for the exact reason of not interfering with any future support.

In addition to that, my supervisor, who has the same permissions as me, has the export option, so I am not sure anymore what the issue is. He is the owner of the database, not sure if this playing a part on him having access to it.

i could not reproduce same issue on runbot. i also checked ACL for mrp.workorder module for admin and user group of MRP. both users would have read access so you can export those data.

NOTE: it may possible that you have some external app installed that may disable or hide export option from action.
