I have an asset with chairs/table/etc. with a book value of €4.350 (original amount was € 7.470). Now only the table is sold. Book value of the table € 550 (original amount € 950). In Odoo versio 18 I only can sell the whole asset and not a part of it.
How can I solve this issue?

Please explain how that product combination (your 'asset' I guess?) has been set up in Odoo in the first place. Combo, BoM, ...?
The assets (chairs/table/etc.) are combined in one asset in Odoo. That is why it is a problem as a part of it is sold and you can only sell the whole asset and not a part of it.
This does not explain how you've set up the product in Odoo. The term 'asset' could mean anything but is not used in Odoo when it comes to saleable items.
