Find out about an intelligent Odoo Chatbot based on an integration of Odoo with Google Assistant (using Dialogflow).     

The supported Odoo versions are Odoo 9, 10, 11 and 12 (both community and enterprise editions). Support for Odoo 13 can also be added, as soon as it’s released.     

The target audience: beginner/expert, user/developer from any industry.     

You will learn how AI capabilities such as NLU and text conversions can be put to use to improve productivity in using Odoo enterprise apps. This will help you get faster responses, related to your department or any customer service related queries while working with Odoo.     

Using this chatbot, companies can add their own set of responses for any customer service related queries your users might ask. A custom app has been developed separately, for the queries, responses and multiple utterances to be added. These when built from within the Odoo instance, are auto trained using Machine learning algorithms within Google Assistant (Using Dialogflow).   

Enterprise owners or administrators will not have to interact with complex machine learning processes. They just simply need to login to their Odoo instance and add/ edit/ update the interactions using questions and responses. When an Odoo user logs in, the chatbot would be able to provide responses related to analytics within the database for any custom queries.
