This talk targets both beginners and end users, and the attendees will learn: Odoo best practice implementation steps for a multinational company with more than 30 branches around the world.
During the talk we will cover the best practices and the different steps that we go through when implementing Odoo in a multinational company in the medical sector. We will go through the different phases of the project in order for attendees to understand and evaluate the way we handle a project of this size. We will emphasize what you should and shouldn't do when you want to quickly implement an Odoo project of this magnitude, while reducing the risk of failure to a bare minimum.
