● Our Contribution:
To streamline their invoicing process, which involves sending tens of bills monthly to customers, we integrated our custom-developed Odoo IntuitFlow module (EBM). This integration seamlessly synchronizes their invoices with the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), eliminating the need for manual work across two separate systems and significantly reducing the time spent on invoicing. In addition,we have engaged TrAC on a comprehensive support plan, ensuring they receive continuous guidance and assistance, even after the system is in place. This enables them to maximize the value of their ERP system and maintain operational efficiency.

Transeast Group has been in operation since 1990 and has a fleet size of over 300 prime movers with over 400 trailers comprising of combinations of semi, multi-axle, low loaders , step decks, bunkers and tankers. Their operational bases in are Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Democratic Republic of the Congo and our core business is the movement of project cargo in our theatre of operations which extends to the whole of East, Central and South East Africa.
