CAAP
Founded in 2018, Community in Action Against Poverty (CAAP) was established with a vision to address the root causes of poverty faced by women and girls in the Somali region of Ethiopia. Beginning as a small initiative with three volunteers, it has since expanded to 50 woredas, employing over 124 full-time staff (50% female) and 500 temporary staff monthly staff and impacting 918,395 beneficiaries (60% female) through sustainable interventions.
