As Ana w Tofli expanded its offerings and client base, the need for a unified digital platform became essential. The business faced challenges in managing appointments, selling products online, handling inventory across various categories, and ensuring a smooth accounting process. In addition, the brand needed an efficient way to launch e-learning content and conduct targeted email campaigns to engage its community.
