The 'customise' menu on our website builder is missing everything after 'Website Searchbox' . Does anyone know how to reset this menu?

Please be more specific, are you missing the "product" menu as written in the title of your question or the "Customize" menu as written in the body of your message? Please edit the title or the text accordingly. And you may also provide a screenshot in order to grasp what you could mean.

The age difference in between is less than a week, with no new modules installed, and no configuration changes (that I can tell).I appreciate any assistance.

It is installed; I have also tried upgrading it. and upgrading base.
