*- Here is your answer to create Separate Products:*
Create two related products:  * - Product: *"Premium Software License" (one-time)  * - Product: *"Premium Software License - Monthly Subscription" (recurring)
For the subscription product:   - Go to *Sales → Products → Products*   - Create product, set *Product Type* to "Service"   - Enable *Recurring* checkbox   - Configure *Recurring Plan* and pricing
