Hi, I think you can try after code:
start_date = datetime.datetime.strptime(date_start, '%Y-%m-%d')
end_date = datetime.datetime.strptime(date_end, '%Y-%m-%d')
ctx = { 'to_date': end_date , 'from_date': start_date }
qty= self.pool.get('product.product').browse(cr, uid, product_id, ctx).qty_available
