When a customer places an order, it shows "Quotation" in the customers account, and they're required to "Accept & Sign" or "Reject".

How do I turn this feature off, so all orders are automatically accepted and show "Sales Order" instead of "Quotation"?


SECOND ISSUE:

How do I remove the "Accept & Sign Quotation" from all emails.


I am using Opoo 17.0

Hi,

1. Go to Sale -> Configuration-> Settings

2. Disable the online signature and payment


3. Save

4. Go to sale and create a new one, then we can see the online signature and payment is unticked.


5. Now we can proceed further without accepting the sign and pay

I don't see these options. I only see.

Settings > Technical > Actions

When I click New, I get a page with only 2 fields, Action Name and Action Type


Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions

When I click New, I get Model, Allowed Groups, Scheduler User. Execute Every, Active, Next Execution Date, Number of cells, Priority.


Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions Triggers

When I click New, I get: Cron, Call At


I don't see anywhere with the options Action To Do and Trigger

You would need to install the module Automation Rules from Apps to view the menu.

If the reference is to ecommerce orders, then you could create an automated action to confirm orders.

Additionally, if you wish not to send the quotation emails automatically, you could do so by archiving the email template - Sales: Send Quotation
