I'm using Document management system. When i (user) send a document to my head or any other user. Can We set a automatic system notification, that document is received to my head.
Whether he get the document, did he has the privilege to approve or refuse the document?
If my head user cant open it minimum for three, is it possible to set a system alert to me that yet the document is not verified.
Please any one answer to my all queries.
