Is there an option in Odoo for filling in a PDF?

I have a PDF (template which is now printed and filled in by hand) with some lines that still need to be filled in. 
Some kind of contract. 

Is there a way to make it automaticly filled in without completely duplicating the existing pdf (like how a Quotation of Invoice pdf is generated)?
I've already looked into the Sign module but this only allows to automaticly fill in the data linked to the signing partner. But I should been able to add stuff from other records as well. (SO or Lead, ....)
