For certain user I want that, on login, the initial screen to be Point Of Sale Session, not the Messaging one. I'm trying with the user config fields of Home Action and Menu Action without any luck.
I try with home action -> "Your Session" or "Point Of Sale" but nothing seems to work
Any hint will be appreciated

You have to work with the sequence number

Duplication of http://help.openerp.com/question/16289/openerp-home-action-menu-action/ . Since v7.0 has no gtk client and this setting in web client not work. Why doesn't fp remove this annoying feature?
