Hopefully someone can help.

I work for a wiring harness manufacturer, where we upload a test file against each Bill of Material. This is added into a File (Binary) field in the Bill of Material.

Within the MO Form View screen, I've added a related field that pulls through the Documents within the specific Bill of Material.

For some reason, the format of the file changes between these two fields. 

The original file (uploaded to the Bill of Material) is in a '.nxf' file format

When downloading the related field (in the Manufacturing Order), it downloads as a '.svg' file

Any ideas on how to adopt the original field's format?
