An individual contact can have a multiple addresses of which one can be stated "private address" (in res.partner). When the contact is added as an employee it references back to some data of the contact (res.partner). If I add this contact now in the private address (address_home_id / hr.employee) it displays the standard address of the contact which is in our case the company address. Why doesn't it reference to the additional private address of the contact ? Anybody fixed it already ?
