Odoo use which javascript framework?

Hello community, I learned odoo last year and I can implement in odoo models but I still don't get it how to learn odoo javascript. Give me some suggestion pls. What is the best approach for odoo javascript.

In the latest versions of odoo, they are using a new JavaScript framework called OWL
