Moment.js replacement and underscore.js upgrade in odoo15?

Question

Does Odoo 15 address the sunset of moment.js?  Does it change the version of underscore.js to the latest?  Our system security scan turned up vulnerabilities in both (for version 14) and while I might be able to update underscore, I cannot update moment.js.
