Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'smtp.zoho.com'. SMTPServerDisconnected: please run connect() first

Question

Dear,
I tried to setup smtp of zoho (smtp.zoho.com) for outgoing mail server on odoo but I got error as below when try to send mail.
"Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'smtp.zoho.com'.
SMTPServerDisconnected: please run connect() first"

Note: Although I performed "test connection" with smtp.zoho.com successfully.

I am also getting the same issue with Odoo 14.0; Any leads are much appreciated.

Try testing the same using a 3rd party mail client (eg. Thunderbird).
Then copy the same settings.
Most probably, the issue is with the Outgoing(SMTP) server.
